Biography

Marcin Glod is a visionary, multicultural artist and designer, known in the world of luxury for his unique creations in the fields of painting, sculpture and design. He is a Viennese artist with Polish roots. Glod graduated from "die Graphische" in Vienna, where he studied art, graphic and communication design. Like artists Gottfried Helnwein and Hermann Nitsch. Glod began his successful career in his twenties with his own design studio and switched his focus to the contemporary art in 2020.

Glod's artworks are a fusion of different styles and techniques. His blend of street art, graffiti, and painting allows him to showcase a wide range of creativity. Pop culture references and brands play a significant role in his style and are visible in almost all of his works. By incorporating historical elements into his art, Glod often uses the art of oil painting itself as a reference, building bridges between contemporary and classical approaches to art.

His use of various media – from canvases to disposable materials like cardboard or repurposed objects – highlights the importance of sustainability in the art world. Glod's work has been exhibited in several galleries and art fairs, both nationally and internationally.

In 2023, Glod co-founded and ran a pop-up gallery in the heart of Vienna, where he supported and promoted over 20 national and international artists. The current focus is on subsequent international projects and long-term partnerships.
